Emergency Alert System
New York Institute of Technology uses an emergency alerts system to keep community members on all campuses informed of campus closures, emergencies, or anything needing your immediate attention via:

- phone calls
Tech Safe App
The most important tool you can use to keep safe at New York Tech is the Tech Safe app for your phone. With it, you can:
- Reach out in an emergency
- Arrange for company on a walk home
- Get safety information
